Each individual may hold only one account on btt88. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but must use different devices and payment methods and must notify btt88.

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the btt88 support team immediately.
• Any transaction carried out from your account will be considered your own.

btt88 will never ask for your password or full card number via email, phone, or live chat.

New members on btt88 have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus calculation can be understood from the example below:

After receiving the welcome bonus, it is subject to a wagering requirement of a specified amount. You must complete bets worth 10 times the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount, but on the bonus amount only.

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

• If an account is closed without meeting the bonus terms, the bonus and all winnings from the bonus will be forfeited.

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

Cashback is automatically added to the account and is withdrawable subject to specific conditions.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in your account being immediately suspended or permanently closed, and legal action may be taken:

• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Attempts at hacking, spreading viruses, or cyber attacks.
• Stealing another user's information or taking unfair advantage against them.
• Promotion abuse, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of btt88.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users through the platform.

btt88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, without prior notice, particularly for:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified time.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement body.

In the case of a legitimate account closure, any Terms-compliant balance will be returned.

btt88 will bear no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
• System outages from third parties (payment providers, game developers).
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or account security failure.
• Gaming results caused by unexpected technical errors, where appropriate corrections have been made in such cases.
• Circumstances beyond btt88's control (force majeure).

Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.
